By Commissioning me, you agree with All these terms (Subject to change at any time)

I reserve the right to deny any commission requests I may receive For Any Reason

Any potential client known to participate with NFTs (No matter what reason) will be blacklisted Including selling my art as one of them

I will need a reference picture of the character you want me to draw If your character is an Oc. An exception to this will be if the artwork is your Oc as a Diffrent Form

I will only accept text-based references If I have okayed it beforehand (Will come with an additional price)

Any Alternate versions of the art will need to be declared before the commission starts, otherwise, I won't do them (except Simple colour changes)

Once the Commission has been agreed upon, Only minor changes on the subject can be made once I have started with the sketch

Anything not covered here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties

Failure to abide by these terms may result in the cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting

Once I Accept your Commission, I will send you an Invoice for payment

I will need the agreed-upon payments before I start on the commission, Whether it be all upfront or 50% upfront and then 50% after the sketch is done

All payments will be done through Paypal and will be done in USD or GBP (United States dollar and Great Britain Pound Respectively)

Refunds may only be requested a day after the client has paid. I will not refund a commission that has been started already. E.g. Sketch has already been sent

Anything that may disrupt the commission in a substantial way will be notified to the commissioner

If I am unable to complete the commission in any way, I will refund the amount I was unable to finish

When the payment has been sent through, I will start working on the Comm as soon as Possible

I will send WIPs of the artwork once I finish the Sketch (I may send one for Rough Poses), then the Lineart + Colours and the final product (Including any Alts)

Any changes that are requested must be something that I have Completed for the WIP. E.G. Changing the Colours when I have sent a Colour WIP

I will need Approval for all WIPs I have sent, otherwise, I can't go to the next part of the artwork

Requesting Large changes after it has been approved previously will either be rejected or will cost extra

Commissions will take as long as they take. A rough estimate will take around 3 weeks, possibly more depending on complexity, Give or take.

Once the Commission has been completed, All PNGs will be sent including a timelapse once Requested

After receiving the Commission, You're More than welcome to post them in your gallery but you will need to either link Back to the original Post or link to me in some way

You May NOT Sell this artwork without mentioning it to me first or have it sent to train Generative AI in Any way, shape or form
